Zen-I Productions was born of my need to search through my past so I could better understand the current state of my life and the direction in which I am headed.  Zen-I was derived from my maternal grandmother’s name spelled backward and it also represents ones ability to be introspective, simply looking inside of oneself for answers and truths.  I never got to know my grandmother Inez Hardy but I know her talents, characteristics, strengths, weaknesses, flaws and all course through my veins.  

I did not have the pleasure of growing up with my grandparents and so I’ve always been intrigued by how that direct influence would have changed who I am today.  I believe in family strongly and decided to write my first production as a testament to the fact that truth and honesty can heal individuals, families, and generations to come.  Once we remove the false    pretenses under which many of us live, the healing can begin.
